Steel pipes are one of the most important elements of Office chairs. Rapido processes these steel pipes in detail by creating the main shape of the chairs through CNC pipe bending machines and it makes them ready for being covered by polyurethane.
Polyurethane is a mold of state – of – art technology which is being used in sponge production. Since Rapido has Polyurethane injection molds more than 200, it has a flexibility of making productions special for its customers over specific numbers.
With the help of this flexible production structure, Rapido has put its signature under various successful projects so far and increasing its production volume.
Rapido uses artificial leather in production phase. This artificial leather doesn't include hazardous chemicals. Customers can comfortably use Rapido products which are produced by using artificial leather which is Phthalate FREE. Clothes and leather are processed by using cutting machines which have been recorded in the system in advance.
Moreover; Durkop Adler and Paff sewing machines are used in Rapido facilities. So that; successful and high quality sewing transactions are carried out even in areas where sewing is difficult. After that, chair upholstery is carried out with the works Rapido's expert staff and chairs are finalized.
After Quality Control phase, they are made ready for usage. Rapido will move to its new facility in OIZ within 1 year in order to provide a better service to its customers.
